Video
poker rules
The
rules
of
video
poker
are
really
simple
-
get
the
best
possible
5
card
poker
hand
from
a
2
deal
poker
machine.
You
place
your
bet
and
receive
5
cards.
You
are
then
allowed
to
discard
and
replace
any
of
these
cards
once.
Your
final
hand
is
then
compared
to
the
game's
pay
table
to
see
if
you've
won,
and
if
so
how
much.
There
are
quite
a
few
video
poker
games,
including
Jacks
or
Better,
Deuces
Wild,
Aces
and
Faces,
Double
Joker
etc.
The
basic
premise
of
all
the
games
are
the
same,
the
differences
being
applicable
pay
tables,
and
minor
differences
in
hand
ranking.
Here
is
a
typical
pay
table
for
Jacks
or
Better:

If
you
play
around
a
bit
you'll
notice that the five coin payout for a
royal flush will vary from machine to machine - so pick a
machine that pays well.
You'll
also
notice also that the 5 coin payout
for a royal flush is considerably more that 250 per coin -
making the 5 coin bet your best bet.
